1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you ("User") and BL3Ai ("Company"). By accessing, installing, or using our software, tools, indicators, or other related products or services (collectively, "Licensed Materials"), you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this EULA.
2. License Grant
- Non-Transferable License: BL3Ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Licensed Materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Restrictions: The license is issued per individual user. Sharing access or replicating Licensed Materials for other individuals or companies is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
- Authorized Use Only: The license is valid only for the individual purchaser. Users are prohibited from redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the Licensed Materials with others.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Licensed Materials.
- Use the Licensed Materials to provide services for third parties unless a separate license has been purchased.
- Replicate trades to multiple accounts owned by other individuals.
- Violation Penalties: Any violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination, revocation of access, and forfeiture of any associated payments.
4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Materials remain the exclusive property of BL3Ai or its licensors. Users are granted a license for use only and are not granted ownership rights.

Some Licensed Materials integrate with third-party platforms such as TradingView, NinjaTrader, or others. Use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions:

BL3Ai does not collect or store personal trading data from third-party platforms. Users agree to the privacy policies of third-party services they integrate with as part of the ecosystem.
7. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
- "As-Is" Condition: The Licensed Materials are provided "as-is" with no warranties, express or implied, regarding their functionality, performance, or reliability.
- No Guarantee of Results: BL3Ai does not guarantee profits or performance. Users assume full responsibility for their trading activities.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BL3Ai, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Licensed Materials.
9. Termination
- License Termination: BL3Ai reserves the right to terminate licenses for violations of this EULA.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to all Licensed Materials will be revoked without notice, and no refunds will be issued.
10. Changes to the Agreement
BL3Ai reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website, and continued use of the Licensed Materials constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
