- Protect your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

- Ensure that beta or experimental tools are not used for live trading, especially on funded accounts.
4. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading involves significant financial risk, including the potential loss of more than your initial investment. BL3Ai does not guarantee profits, and past performance is not indicative of future results. All tools and Services are provided “as is,” with no guarantees of accuracy or performance.

Refunds are only available for the first 7 days of an initial subscription. No refunds will be issued after this period. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary tools, strategies, and indicators are owned by BL3Ai and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

BL3Ai integrates with third-party services such as TradingView, NinjaTrader, and others. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies:

BL3Ai is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, investment losses, or data inaccuracies. Our tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. If liability is determined, it is limited to one month’s subscription fee.
9. Mediation Clause
In the unlikely event of a dispute, parties agree to resolve matters through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies. Refunds during mediation will not exceed the equivalent of one month’s subscription fee.

BL3Ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
